東莞螺絲廠標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)就(jiu)是(shi)規范(fan)，每個國(guo)家(jia)和(he)部(bu)(bu)門都有自己(ji)的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。目前(qian)，GB—中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)標(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美(mei)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（美(mei)標(biao)(biao)）DIN—德國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（德標(biao)(biao)）ASME—美(mei)國(guo)機械工程(cheng)師協會(hui)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日(ri)本國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（日(ri)標(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)我國(guo)眾(zhong)多標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)中(zhong)的(de)一種(zhong)，另(ling)外還有行業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)部(bu)(bu)門標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)等(deng)。國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)又(you)分：GB（強(qiang)制性標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）和(he)GB/T（推(tui)薦性標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）以及GBn（國(guo)家(jia)內部(bu)(bu)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）等(deng)。我們平常看(kan)到的(de)像GB30，GB5783等(deng)等(deng)都是(shi)強(qiang)制性的(de)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)(yi)(yi)上幾(ji)種(zhong)標(biao)準(zhun)除了(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)(yi)些基本尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)如(ru)(ru)頭(tou)部(bu)對邊、頭(tou)部(bu)厚度(du)(du)(du)等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)以(yi)(yi)(yi)外，最主要的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)分的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都有(you)(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，統稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另(ling)像ANSI、ASME等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)美(mei)(mei)標(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了(le)(le)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)(he)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外還有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)準(zhun),其(qi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，俗(su)稱(cheng)(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)MM（毫米）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位，它的(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60度(du)(du)(du)。美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)(he)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)(jiao)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)60度(du)(du)(du)，而(er)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)牙尖角(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)55度(du)(du)(du)。由(you)于計量單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)，導致(zhi)了(le)(le)各種(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)表示方(fang)法也不(bu)盡(jin)相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)。例如(ru)(ru)像M16-2X60表示的(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)表示該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙距為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如(ru)(ru)：1/4—20X3/4表示的(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)（一(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)上有(you)(you)20個牙，長度(du)(du)(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)(cun)。另(ling)外要表示美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)話一(yi)(yi)(yi)般會在(zai)表示英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)后面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)(yi)此來區別是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)粗牙或是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)細牙。在(zai)平時的(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中，我們最常遇到的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)）和(he)(he)(he)DIN（德標(biao)）。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠在生產品方面(mian)，主要(yao)會接觸到以下幾種標(biao)準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)。目前GB30（老(lao)國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)(biao)準書(shu)中(zhong)已被(bei)GB5783（新國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)。GB52（老(lao)國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）在(zai)標(biao)(biao)準書(shu)中(zhong)已被(bei)GB6170（新國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)。 在(zai)1986年(nian)，國(guo)(guo)家對標(biao)(biao)準件制(zhi)定了(le)新標(biao)(biao)準，一般俗稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)新標(biao)(biao)，使用最多(duo)的(de)主(zhu)要有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗(cu)(cu)桿(gan)半牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C級(ji)(ji)產(chan)品，可用GB5782來代(dai)替(ti)（GB5782為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)(jiao)頭粗(cu)(cu)桿(gan)半牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)等(deng)到級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B級(ji)(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)(jiao)頭全(quan)牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)(ji)產(chan)品。可用GB5783來代(dai)替(ti)（GB5783為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)(jiao)頭全(quan)牙(ya)螺(luo)絲(si)，其精(jing)(jing)(jing)度(du)等(deng)級(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)A級(ji)(ji)和B 級(ji)(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)半牙(ya)的(de)六角(jiao)(jiao)螺(luo)絲(si)。

新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)，在對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上有所區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)。除M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)外，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)產品(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要小1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系(xi)列的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)反而要大2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注意(yi)。對(dui)于(yu)頭(tou)(tou)部厚度(du)，新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和(he)老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之間略有差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，在要求不是非常嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia)可以通用。 新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)規格(ge)，在對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)上有所差(cha)別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)新(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)要小1MM。而M22的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)產品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)，其頭(tou)(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)比(bi)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)要大2MM ，其它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)均(jun)可通用。

東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)于六(liu)角(jiao)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)，常用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準有(you)(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)于它們之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)區別(bie)有(you)(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)要(yao)比(bi)GB52、GB6172和(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚(hou)(hou)，俗稱(cheng)為厚(hou)(hou)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)。另(ling)外(wai)就是(shi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別(bie)，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)都是(shi)13MM比(bi)GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為17MM，比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為19MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為22MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)大1MM。另(ling)外(wai)就是(shi)M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)(mao)(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為32MM，比(bi)GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)小2MM。（GB6170和(he)GB6172除了(le)其厚(hou)(hou)度(du)不一(yi)樣(yang)外(wai)，對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全(quan)一(yi)樣(yang)）其余(yu)規格在不考慮(lv)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下，可以通(tong)用。

螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)規(gui)范(fan)在(zai)內(nei)六角方(fang)面，國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)版本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—76，76年(nian)版本，一(yi)(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—85，85年(nian)版本，東(dong)莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠現執行(xing)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，所(suo)(suo)以(yi)在(zai)實際業(ye)(ye)務(wu)操(cao)作(zuo)中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)注意(yi)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)：其中(zhong)GB70—85與DIN912完全(quan)重合(he)，故對(dui)(dui)于使(shi)用(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)，不存(cun)在(zai)著差別(bie)(bie)，主(zhu)要是(shi)GB70—76與DIN912之(zhi)(zhi)間有(you)所(suo)(suo)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)：M8系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)六角產品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)12.5MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些,M10系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)六角產品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)15MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些,M12系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)六角,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)18MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)18.27要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些,另像M16、M20系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)六角GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)徑(jing)比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要小(xiao)(xiao)0.33MM，分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)則分(fen)別(bie)(bie)為(wei)(wei)24.33MM和30.33MM。另外老標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)六角之(zhi)(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)寬(kuan)度由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)不同而不同，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)對(dui)(dui)邊(bian)要小(xiao)(xiao)一(yi)(yi)些，在(zai)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)也應(ying)(ying)加以(yi)注意(yi)。 另外，平(ping)時可能會(hui)用(yong)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)馬車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)也有(you)一(yi)(yi)些區(qu)別(bie)(bie)，在(zai)此(ci)也作(zuo)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)說明(ming)，在(zai)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)，有(you)兩(liang)種馬車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，即GB12（小(xiao)(xiao)半圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)）和GB14（大半圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)），平(ping)時在(zai)市面上較常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)還(huan)有(you)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)DIN603。東(dong)莞(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)廠對(dui)(dui)這三(san)者加以(yi)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)：對(dui)(dui)于圓(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)頸，在(zai)同一(yi)(yi)規(gui)格比(bi)較時是(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常(chang)在(zai)馬車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)時，往往要求頭(tou)頸大而厚，所(suo)(suo)以(yi)DIN603馬車螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)完全(quan)符(fu)合(he)要求。
